- How can I track my order?
- After your order is placed, it takes around 2 business days for your items to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's shipped.
- Do you do price adjustments?
- We do not do price adjustments on any previous orders.
- Where is my order confirmation email?
- an order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation did not go to your spam folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist you, contact us at sales@babyluapparel.com
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
- An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed as orders are pulled into our shipping system. They are scheduled specifically with the inventory in the order for our shipping team to pick and ship as quickly as possible.
- What should I do if a received defective or incorrect item?
- We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service at info@babyluapparel.com. In your email, please provide a picture of the packing slip or the defective item. We will sort this out immediately.
- Can I get a refund on lost/missing items?
- Babylu Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
